TOPSoccer is an outreach program of the Soccer Association of Boca Raton and the U.S. Youth Soccer Association. It is a community-based training and team participation program for athletes with special needs. TOPSoccer is a modified version of the game of soccer, designed to provide opportunities for the enjoyment of the game.
